PAL Boxing

- REGISTRATION CLOSED - PAL martial arts logo

PAL Boxing Club will provide an opportunity for young men and women to positively interact with their peers, volunteers, and officers in a safe and welcoming environment, training the mind and body. The youth will be professionally trained in boxing skills, nutrition, and teamwork. By building a youth's physical fitness, confidence, and discipline, we can provide a path that will lead them from drugs, alcohol, gangs, and criminal activity.

This four-week program is designed to introduce your child to the fundamentals of boxing. It will allow the coaches to measure their skills and commitment to the sport, all while learning the history, safety measures, and dedication needed to succeed within the sport.

Program is for middle school and high school kids, ages 13-17. Program takes place at the Youth Center - 10455 Investment Circle, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
